Bloors installs Reynaers Slimline Aluminium windows which are perfect for both contemporary and traditional properties and can be designed to incorporate a modern angled window. The slim sightlines are sleek and maximise the amount of glass which in turn allows more natural light into your home.

Energy efficient aluminium windows

Our high quality aluminium windows are energy efficient, with industry leading weather resistance. When double glazed they achieve a U Value of 1.4 W/m²K, which reduces to 1.0 W/m²K when triple glazed. The lower the U Value, the more efficient the window. Aluminium is also extremely durable and strong and requires very little maintenance, making it the perfect material for windows with a slim frame. By comparison, windows manufactured from uPVC tend to have thicker frames which are not always considered to be quite as aesthetically pleasing as slimmer Aluminium Windows.

Whilst White, Anthracite Grey and Black windows are currently our most popular colours, you can choose from 400 colours to complement or contrast with any existing doors or windows throughout your home. We can even supply your windows in Cheshire and Derbyshire which, from a short distance away, closely resemble timber. If preferred, you can have a different colour inside and outside your home. Once you have chosen your colour, you can also decide whether you would like your windows to have a matt, gloss or textured finish.

Each of our windows are energy efficient and made-to-measure to meet your individual needs, so if you are replacing existing windows in your property, or building an extension, we can make windows to suit your bespoke specification. The majority of windows open outwards, hinged at the side or at the top.  We also offer the choice of a tilt and turn window, which tilts in slightly at the top providing sufficient ventilation in your room. By turning the handle 180°, the window opens fully into your room, making it easy to clean the glass outside.

Every aluminium window is fitted with multi-point locks and achieves Secured By Design accreditation, which is a Police initiative. Added to this, our Reynaers SL68 windows have PAS24 security.  To achieve PAS 24, the window needs to have passed a set of tests designed to assess the windows against the effects of an opportunistic burglar. So, not only do our slim windows look fantastic and keep your home warm, you might be delighted to know that they will also help to keep you safe in your home.
