Reynaers CP130 Aluminium Sliding Doors

Reynaers CP130 Sliding Doors look perfect in both new build homes and refurbishment projects. All doors are made to bespoke dimensions which are available in a wide range of colours to perfectly complement your home.

Depending on the overall width of your doors, you have the option of designing a sliding door with 2, 3 or 4 sashes, creating floor to ceiling glazing up to 2.7 metres high. Subject to their height, door sashes can be made up to 3 metres wide, allowing you to enjoy an uninterrupted view of your garden and beyond.

When it comes to deciding which doors will move and which will remain fixed, there is plenty of flexibility in the design. Doors with 2 or 3 sashes can be designed so that each of the door sashes can slide from left to right, giving you the freedom to change the layout of your room without hindering the flow of walking in and out of your doors into your garden. If you like the aesthetics of a 4 pane Sliding Door, the 2 outer panes can be fixed whilst the 2 middle sashes can slide, one to the right and one to the left to create a wide opening in the centre.

Whichever configuration you prefer, we fit warm edge, argon filled, double glazed units which achieve a low U Value of 1.5 W/m²K to keep your home warm all year round. Reynaers CP130 Lift and Slide Doors are fitted with multi-point locks which are opened by a simple turn of the key then by turning the Lift & Slide handle through 180°.  The door sash then lifts slightly off the track, enabling the doors to glide smoothly.  For additional peace of mind, when at home with the doors slightly ajar, the handle can be turned which will gently drop the door sash onto the track, resulting in doors which are in a semi-locked position. The CP130 meets PAS 24 security levels.

The majority of the doors we install in homes throughout Cheshire and Derbyshire are Anthracite Grey, Black or White, with some homeowners preferring to choose a dual colour option. However, we offer a wide range of RAL colours in a matt, gloss or textured finish. Please ask to see a RAL chart to help you decide.

Aluminium is the perfect material for manufacturing doors and windows as it is a strong, lightweight material. It also requires very little maintenance to keep it looking good, just a wipe down with hot soapy water to ensure it stays clean and ensuring that the track remains free from any dust and stones. Doors installed near the sea or estuary will have additional maintenance requirements to protect from the environment.

Whilst the Reynaers CP130 Lift and Slide Doors are mostly specified by Architects for external applications, a false wall can be purposely built to create a pocket door, ideal for dividing rooms within a home.
